LEND is a student-run organization dedicated to empowering local businesses in Evanston. We provide Evanston entrepreneurs with microloans, consulting, and assistance with grant writing. Over the past 15 years, we’ve provided more than $270,000 in loans and partnered with over 50 businesses to fuel their growth. What We Do
Loan Applications
Disperse loans worth up to $10,000
Work closely with clients to develop their loan applications, analyze their financials, and pitch a loan proposal to LEND’s Board of Directors for approval
Consulting
Design and implement marketing campaigns and strategies
Conduct competitor and market analyses to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with entrepreneurs to refine business plans and strengthen their operations
Grant Services
Support clients in navigating the grant-writing process from start to finish
Research and identify grant opportunities tailored to each business’s needs
